Latest News

Lots going on here at Knit for Peace. Tens of thousands of items were dispatched, many to Syrian and Iraqi refugees in Kurdistan and to Syria itself. We are pleased to report we had an urgent request for more yarn, needles and haberdashery for the knitting business set up, at our suggestion, in the refugee camps in Kurdistan.

Thank you to everyone who has sent donations towards the shipping costs.  The latest shipment cost us £1,500 and we rely on donations.
